    I offer a unique comprehensive personal performance system for sales people in any industry. Without being thoroughly competent in using a proven sales process, a sales person typically will rely on “relationship selling” and his or her “personality” to cajole a customer to buy. Thus, it is impossible to reach and maintain an optimal level of selling success without mastering a large number of dynamic skills while exiting one’s previously developed wrong habits or notions. Today’s markets require a professional approach that demands a specific step by step path that leads to success. Each step in the process involves its own set of several individual complexities. These complexities, once thoroughly understood, provide the foundation necessary to identify the areas in which the person needs to improve in order to achieve significant gain in his or her performance.

      Perhaps the number one reason sales people fail, give-up, or otherwise produce mediocre results is the failure to understand the buyer, the failure to show proper empathy, and the utter failure to control the process!
