    I entered the auto business in January 2005 and immediately became a consistent top producer.  I also began training others in the car business that same year. Within a few months I was promoted to General Sales Manager of an import dealership in large multi-franchise organization.  Because of my fortunate success in training a sales staff, the dealership soon set new records in retail and fleet sales.  In my first year as GSM, the team I assembled and trained more than doubled sales and led the pack in the highest gross for new and used cars.  I am passionate about training.  Success in sales is all about practical intelligence and personal development. Whether working with a large group of sales persons or doing one on one’s, I can make the immediate difference in your sales performance.

    The principle of teaching applied practical intelligence to sales persons and sales managers in the car business is equally effective in any sales and marketing environment.  I have successfully applied these teaching techniques to real estate sales training, HVAC sales training, and network marketing business development.
