Roland entered the auto business in January 2005 and immediately became a consistent top producer. Began training others in the car business that same year. Within a few months promoted to General Sales Manager of import dealership in large multi-franchise organization. Because of his success in training a sales staff, the dealership soon set new records in retail and fleet sales. In the first year as GSM, Roland’s team more than doubled sales and led the pack in the highest gross for new and used cars. Roland is passionate about training.
