When I came in Canada in 2005 and was hired by Roland at JPH Hyundai, Surrey I was unaware about the Canadian cars, I was just a plant (sapling) Roland trained me, treated me like a kid, nourished me with zeal and zest and within 4 months time I was the top sales guy of the store with 18 cars a month, ya Roland is marvellous

Okay, so I just read about the “huddle” in car sales and I was quite surprised at how insidious it can be. I think you make an important point that the mark of a true professional in car sales maintains the same income despite how many new hires a dealership adds. It’s a mark of self confidence.
